Historic Power

PV, load, genset, grid and battery power for every tracked site, from AMMP's historic power data. One row per site per interval, times in UTC. Power is in kW. Every night new readings are pulled from AMMP and the table is rebuilt, and the new copy replaces the old one in a single step, so Power BI never reads a half-built table.

What goes in

Every active, tracked site with an AMMP asset. Readings older than the history window are removed.

Sync and rebuild every night Switched off, the nightly job skips this table and Power BI keeps reading the last copy. Rebuild now still works.

Interval

AMMP serves only these two. Changing it starts the history again at the new interval.

History

A longer window is backfilled from AMMP on the next nightly sync.

Columns

Tick what Power BI should see, name each column, and set the order. site_id, reading_at and refreshed_at are always included.

Rebuild

Rebuilds the table from the readings already pulled, with the saved columns. Save first if you have changed anything. New readings arrive with the nightly sync.

Connect Power BI

1. Generate the feed secret below and store it safely. It is shown once, and it works for this table only.
2. In Power BI Desktop choose Get data, then Blank query, and load the feed URL with Csv.Document(Web.Contents(url)). Choose Basic and enter the username and secret.
3. Publish. In the Power BI service enter the same credentials under the semantic model's data source credentials and schedule a daily refresh after the nightly sync. No gateway is needed.
