Each site's most recent inspection in the window. Read a row for a site's shape, a column for whether a category is weak across the fleet. A blank cell means that inspection did not ask about it, which is not the same as a zero.
Findings by checklist item
"Repeats" counts sites where the same item was raised on more than one visit, which means the first corrective action did not hold. That is a different failure from a new problem.
