What is inspected
Only current versions weighted to 100 are offered. A template that does not total 100 cannot produce a score, so scheduling against it would only move the failure to the day of the visit.
How often
Every later visit is measured from this date, and a date at the end of a month is kept there rather than drifting.

An unassigned visit is still a real visit.
