How to log in for the first time, enrol an authenticator app, and what to do if you lose your device.

Open the sign-in page
Go to your DAYCORE address and enter your work email and password. If an administrator created your account, your first password was emailed to you.

Enrol your authenticator app
Two-factor authentication is mandatory. On first sign-in you are shown a QR code — scan it with Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or 1Password, then enter the 6-digit code it displays.

Enter your code on every sign-in
After the first setup, each sign-in asks for the current 6-digit code. Codes rotate every 30 seconds — if one is rejected, wait for the next and try again.

Lost your device?
Nobody can recover your authenticator for you, including you. Raise a support request and a super administrator will reset your enrolment so you can scan a fresh QR code.
Worth knowing
- You have five attempts before sign-in is temporarily locked. The lock clears on its own — wait rather than retrying in a loop.
- Sign-in errors never say whether an email exists. "Invalid email or password" means exactly that and nothing more.
