Open Site Performance
Pick a site and a date range. The panels run in a fixed order: Site Overview, then B1 PV Performance, the Performance Heatmap, B2 Energy Production, B3 Battery Performance, B4 Loss Waterfall, B5 Environmental Impact and B6 Site Uptime.

Check Site Data Health FIRST
The Site Data Health panel reports whether telemetry is trustworthy — ok, warning, stale or offline. A poor figure from a stale feed is a reporting problem, not a plant problem. Read this before you raise anything off the back of a number.

Use the Heat Map for the fleet view
Heat Map plots every site geographically. Toggle between Tickets and Alerts, and filter by Critical, High, Medium or Healthy — each chip shows a live count. It answers "where is the trouble concentrated", which a list cannot.

- Fleet Benchmark on the performance page puts one site against the rest — useful when a figure looks bad in isolation but is normal for the season.
