Fill in an inspection from a template, understand how the grade is worked out, and find past submissions.
-
1
Pick a template
QHSSE, then Inspection Form, lists the available Inspection Form Templates. Open the one for the inspection you are doing.
-
2
Complete it against a site
An inspection is always recorded against a site, and can be linked to the preventive ticket it is the deliverable of. Linking it means the inspection and the job that required it stay together.
-
3
Let the grade calculate itself
You enter the score; the letter grade is worked out from the template's own thresholds. You do not choose A, B, C, D or F — that keeps grading consistent between inspectors and between sites.
-
4
Find it again
Inspections History lists submissions with Date, Form, Site, Submitter, Score, Grade and Ticket, filterable by form, grade and date range. Unless you hold a privileged role you see only your own submissions.
Worth knowing
- Inspection Reports shows a site heatmap of the latest grade per site over the chosen window, sorted worst to best by default — that is the view for finding where to intervene.
