Pick which ticket-lifecycle events reach you on which channel. Unchecked = silent.
- Email — your registered address. Available to everyone.
- In-app — bell dropdown on this web app. Available to web users (NOC, managers, admins, etc).
- Push — DAYCORE mobile app only. Available to FSE role (field engineers use the mobile app).

Role Defaults
Bulk-set what ticket-lifecycle events reach a whole role. Saving this matrix replaces every user-in-role's personal preferences — keeps mailboxes from flooding as new users are seeded.
Channels per role: FSE uses the mobile app (email + in-app + push). NOC / management roles use the web app (email + in-app). FST is directory-only (email).
